At GreenStalk, we want you to love your sustainable fashion choices. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label will be sent to your email for you to print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
